  1. Set up A Call/Email with me

The first step in the process is learning about the athlete and their goals. Without a strong direction of where you want to go, it is hard to determine what you need to work on. We will schedule a 10-15 minute call at your convenience and get rolling from there!

2. Talk Pricing and your Goals for Program

This step will be conducted over the phone. We will discuss where you see yourself in a year, and I provide insight of how we can best make that happen.

3. Set-Up the Training Program and Get Started!

When we come to a deal, I will email you the program, and from then on, it is up to you to make your goals happen. I will be of assistance anytime you need as I am only a call or text away.

There is a shifting landscape in the Sports Performance and fitness world. This shift is going to a remote model. Remote training makes it easier on the coaches and the athletes because it takes time out of both hands and allows the athlete to get to work. There are no gimmicks; you pay for the program, the program is sent, and that is it.

  • Many of my fellow Coaches charge upwards of $200+ per month for the same or worse quality S&C. I charge a flat rate of $49.99 per month for programming.

    My training works; you can ask the people I have worked with. This comes out to below $600 per year. If you ask me, this will help take you to the next level more than any showcase or travel ball team will.
